Scared?
Don’t be!

Our walk towards Him is at glacier speed. We don’t really even try. I mean, come on! This man sacrificed everything for you and we keep repeating the same mistakes those people made when they crucified him wrongfully: the same people that knew everything we had done.
Not a long has changed in those two millenniums: we still lie, hurt, cheat and betray Jesus, even when weknow everything He has accomplished for us. That’s the thing: He loves us, He would do that all over again, but we simply don’t put in any effort.
Thing about this. How horrible it must have been to walk all the way to Calvary. That’s what I want to was called to write about today: Our Walk with His Cross
The importance of Jesus’ sacrifice is not only that He died on the Cross for us. It is that we pushed Him to shamefully walk, almost naked, towards the Cross when He was willing to do so. It is His Suffering what makes His Sacrifice.
Still, He made it to Calvary and died in front of thousands of people.
And that’s what we have to do.
God will not show you the glory of the Resurrection until you have known the passion of the Cross.
